- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I think the people that run this place need a lesson in manners. On two occasions I have called with an inquiry and on both times wishing I had not wasted my breath. Graham (I think) is a rude man who does not know customer service. It is no wonder I do not frequent and will never frequent this disgusting hole of a pub. The only person that has manners and conducts herself in a professional manner is Jo and she is way too nice to work for such a dreadful place. I think even one star is being generous. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This has been my local for twenty years and the only negative in that whole time is that the kitchen closed(it served the tastiest pub food). The staff have always been friendly and prompt.
